Fiction books are arranged alphabetically by the author's last name.
Stickers on the spine of the book identify westerns, mysteries, science fiction, romance, fantasy, and inspirational fiction.

Biographies are arranged by the last name of the person the book is about.

Non-fiction books are arranged numerically by Dewey Decimal system.

Large Print (sight-saving) books are available in fiction, biographies and non-fiction.

Bestseller lists and the newest fiction and non-fiction are located in the New Book area by the check-out desk.

Reference Collection
The general Adult Reference collection contains a variety of books on many topics.
Reference books do not check out but can be used by anyone in the library.
Copies of pages may be made for personal use. 

Interlibrary Loan Services
Obtain books and multimedia from other libraries for a nominal fee, forms are available at the reference desk. 

Reference Staff 
Reference Staff are available to help
you find information in person or by telephone  all hours the library is open.  

Skill Builders collection includes workbook-type books for assistance in such areas as math and reading.

Career Guide collection includes career and vocational books.

Newspapers and Magazines
Many Ohio newspapers and selected other cities such as New York, Detroit and Chicago.
Approximately 340 magazines, most kept for 3 years plus the current year, selected others for 5, 10, or 20 years on microfiche.
150 years of the Courier and its predecessors on microfilm.
Sunday newspaper editions for selected cities are available and only kept for 4 weeks.

Family History File includes information on local families and information of a genealogical nature.
