Healing Foods

Food has many healing effects. Food such as onions, grapes, berries, broccoli and
citrus fruit contain Phytochemicals. These reduce inflammation, eliminate pain and protect against
cardiovascular disease. Bluffton University Dietetic students Levi and Faith will be sharing recipes and
explaining the benefits of these compounds.
