Mindful Eating and Keeping Your New Year's Resolution for a Healthier Diet

Jennifer Little, Bluffton University RD, will discuss the concept of Mindful Eating and share ideas for helping to make the healthy choices when it comes to keeping promises to ourselves to be healthier in 2019. Of course there will be samples of make-ahead salads and on the go healthy breakfast ideas to try. Adults only.
