Join us for a special Pop Up StoryWalk from May 1-31, 2021.  Take a stroll through beautiful, historic downtown Findlay while reading a story!  Blue Chicken by Deborah Freedman has been chosen as the story.  Pages of the story are at each business on the map.  Follow the map below to read the story in the correct order! Enjoy the sunshine, get some fresh air, have some wonderful family time, and read a great story together!

StoryWalk® is a fun and innovative way for people of all ages to exercise their bodies, as well as their minds.  You can take a nice walk and read a story while you get some fresh air!  Located in Findlay’s beautiful Riverside Park, you walk clockwise starting at the bandshell and the story continues through the park and ends at the Waterfalls Pavilion.  The story changes the first of each month.  StoryWalk® was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, Vermont, and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle and Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.  For more information, please call us at 419-422-1712.  A special thank you to the Hancock County Park District and the City of Findlay for installing StoryWalk® at Riverside Park.
