Gifts/Memorials/Honorariums

Make an Online Memorial, Honorarium, or Gift

A gift to the library can provide you the unique opportunity to honor a loved one, bring recognition to a specific entity, or remember someone with a memorial gift. Below are the links for general gifts to the library, honorariums, memorials, and gifts to the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library Fund.  You may choose the type of book (adult, teen or child) and the subject for us to purchase for a donation. A librarian can help you choose if you would like some guidance. A bookplate will be inserted in the book listing both the donor and honoree’s names. Typically, a gift of just $25.00 will purchase a book.

Donations may also be given for larger items, such as shelving, furniture, or equipment.  Persons wishing to make larger donations may wish to consider a gift to the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library Fund at the Community Foundation.

Memorials, Honorariums and Gifts may be made online using the links to the forms below, by mail or in-person .  Online memorials and honorariums can be made using credit card payments only.   If you would like to pay by check, please send the name of the person to be memorialized or honored with your payment and specific book or genre request to: Findlay-Hancock County Public Library, c/o Memorials/Honorariums, 206 Broadway, Findlay, Ohio 45840.

The Findlay-Hancock County Public Library appreciates the opportunity to be a part of a lasting tribute that will be enjoyed by the entire community.

Please choose the type of gift you'd like to make, then insert information on the specific form. Please contact the library at 419-422-1712 if you need assistance.
