The Findlay-Hancock County Public Library is seeking a dynamic and creative full-time Children's Services Associate. Position requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Minimum starting salary is $12.46 per hour. Under direction, the position supports the Library’s strategic initiatives of providing early literacy experiences to infants through preschoolers, connecting with parents and caregivers and developing school-age readers and life-long learners by providing children's programming, children's reference and readers' advisory services. Develops and conducts creative children's programs and works to promote library services and overall library objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least one-year experience working with children in a structured environment (preferred, not required).
